Whilst employed by Matchsick Media, I had the singular pleasure of working on this project for Winston Grove Village in Asquith, North Sydney. A new housing development, selling prime real estate, aimed at people starting a family, Winston Grove branding and collateral had to convey, the peaceful, naturesque surroundings of Asquith, which I am poud to say, it achieved in spades. Starting with a logo job, then coffee table brochure, it went to feature in full page adverts on the weeked Sydney Morning Herald newsaper, and several other publications, achieving a high degree of publicty. Last I heard, within a couple of weeks of starting the campaign, several apartments were sold, forecasting a good number of sales to come.
